OFFICIAL RULES FOR ULTIMATE VACATION GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL LAWS.

 

Sponsors: Co-sponsored by EZ Traveltrips., Innovation Concepts LLC, Club Esprit LLC, Outdoor Adventures, Venture Out Resorts and CW Global (collectively, the “Sponsors”), each with an address of 8117 Center Run Dr., Indianapolis, IN 46250 and 800 Washington Ave suite 200, Bay City, MI 48708.

 

Eligibility: One entry per household. Open to U.S. residents 21 years or older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsors (and their affiliates) and their immediate family members and existing members of EZ Traveltrips.com, Innovation Concepts LLC, Club Esprit LLC, CW Global, Outdoor Adventures, and Venture Out Resorts are ineligible for this offer. Also, not available to people who have attended a promotion of a Sponsor the 12 months prior to entry. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

 

Sweepstakes Contests and Sweepstakes Period: This “Sweepstakes” is comprised (all described below): (1) the “Ultimate Vacation Giveaway. Entrants are eligible for all drawings which occur at least 24 hours after entry is submitted. Sweepstakes starts at 12:00AM on 1.12.2023 and ends at 11:59PM 1.11.2025, Eastern Standard Time (the “Sweepstakes Period” )..

 

How to Enter: Eligible entrants must “enter” by fully and accurately filling out and submitting an entry form either (1) online at online at www.ultimatevacationgiveaway.com at any time during the Sweepstakes Period or (2) manually (paper) or via touch screen computer at various Sponsor events and locations in Indiana and other locations in the U.S. during Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted entries, whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise.

 

Drawings and Prizes: All winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor representatives at the Sponsors’ corporate office located at the above address. (i) The Ultimate Vacation Giveaway consists of two drawings which will occur on February 1, 2025. Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) a $2500 for a vacation of choice which will be awarded to the winner in the form of a corporate check (Verifiable Retail Value: $2500); Second Place Winner (ii) a 4 day/3 night Cruise to your choice of either Mexico or the Caribbean, (taxes, gratuities and incidentals are not included, at least one guest must be over the age of 25 and be able to provide a credit card in his/her name upon check-in for incidental charges, if any, vacation must be completed within one year of Sweepstakes Period, dates of vacation are subject to availability, may have blackout dates. (Advance reservations are required) (Verifiable Retail Value: Approx. $1000).

 

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning each drawing are one in the total number of Sweepstakes entries which have been timely submitted at the time of drawing. The total number of drawings is two (2).

 

Notification: Entrants need not be present to win and many not attend drawings. Winners will be provided via the telephone number set forth on the entry form within 15 days following the date of the applicable drawing. Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner (selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entrants) if: 3 good faith attempts to contact the winner live by telephone are unsuccessful (no messages will be left). In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these rules to be available and/or claimed, the Sponsors reserve the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

 

Consent to Contact: By submitting an entry, each entrant consents and requests to receive manual, autodialed and prerecorded telemarketing calls, text messages (SMS/MMS) and emails by and on behalf of Sponsors and their affiliates, agents, contractors and co-sponsors using the information provided herein. THIS ADVERTISING MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING SALES OF SPONSORS’ TRAVEL MEMBERSHIP PLANS. THE COMPLETE OFFERING TERMS ARE IN THE OFFERING MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THE SPONSORS.

 

Publicity/Release: Winners will be required to consent in writing to the use of their names in subsequent publicity and promotions, and to provide a release. Winners will also be requested to acknowledge receipt of their prizes in writing and provide a release to the Sponsors. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Sweepstakes without prior notification.

 

Taxes: Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees and may be issued a 1099 tax form for the retail value of any prize.

 

Copy of Rules/Winner’s List: To obtain an official winner’s list and/or a copy of these official rules, send a self-addressed envelope to Sponsor within 12 months from the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
